Director/Senior Director, Sales Enablement Location: Yardley, PA Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer Job Summary:The Director of Sales Enablement plays a crucial role in supporting sellers in today's complex selling environment. High-performing enablement functions focus on providing targeted support that simplifies the seller experience and reduces seller burden, leading to increased conversion rates. The Director of Sales Enablement will help organize and disseminate content to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure all sales reps have the content they need to do their jobs effectively. Additionally, this role will play a heavy role in optimizing commercial data analytics by elevating systems and operationalizing commercial strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities:
