SAP Ariba Consultant - Manager - 63533221

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Ariba and preferably experience in the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

• Strong SAP ARIBA functional background in sourcing procurement and Invoice/spend management.
• Knowledge in Ariba (Indirect Procurement) S/4- Direct Procurement Invoicing
• Sound understanding of OpenText VIM
• Troubleshoot Vendor and Supplier issues in SAP
• Knowledge of Ariba integration with other systems (SAP ECC S/4HANA).
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee all aspects of project management including scope schedule and resource allocation.
• Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
• Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP Ariba to manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management highlighting key achievements and any areas of concern.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects.

• Must have extensive experience with SAP Ariba including procurement and supply chain management.
• Should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have experience in the Medical Devices domain although this is not mandatory.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
• Should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Must be proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500.00 - $152,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
