Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP QM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP QM in Sales SAP QM-Inspection Production SAP QM-Inspection Procurement and SAP QM-Quality Notifications. Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP QM modules in Sales Production and Procurement.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP QM-Quality Notifications to ensure effective quality management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules and systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP QM configurations to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP QM functionalities.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to SAP QM processes and provide ongoing support to users.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of SAP QM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality management.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP QM configurations processes and user guides.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of SAP QM solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status issues and risks to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP QM and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in SAP QM in Sales SAP QM-Inspection Production SAP QM-Inspection Procurement and SAP QM-Quality Notifications.
• Should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP QM implementation and support.
• Nice to have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - Quality Management with SAP ERP

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
