Regional Cash Manager

Join our Team as a Regional Cash Manager in a dynamic airport setting!

• $65,000 with Bonus Potential
• Location: must live near a major airport in the western US
• Travel: up to 80% within the US and Canada with overnight stays

Lead Regional Cash Operations Across the US & Canada

What You'll Do:

• Oversee cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity across multi-location operations
• Manage cash collection, disbursement, and reconciliation processes
• Enforce company-wide cash handling policies and safe audit procedures
• Train and support new location openings and cash room supervisors
• Partner with Accounting and Loss Prevention to resolve field issues and improve controls
• Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with corporate treasury to align regional strategies with company goals
• Prepare and deliver cash flow analysis and reporting to leadership
• Travel 80% within the US and Canada with overnight stays
• Must meet airport security clearance requirements (TSA, FAA, Transport Canada, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in high-volume or multi-location environments; supervisory experience desirable
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with LynxBM required; MySSP, Hot Schedules, and Simphony preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong skills in communication, analysis, problem-solving, and leadership
• Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to confidentiality and detail with sound decision-making under pressure
• Must be eligible to work in the US and Canada and pass a criminal background check
