About the Role:

Digital Commerce is a strategic initiative at Boston Scientific designed to simplify how customers do business with us and to drive internal efficiencies. As adoption expands across divisions in the U.S. and globally, the program continues to scale in support of key business objectives.

As the Senior Manager, Digital Commerce, you'll lead a growing, cross-functional team responsible for delivering key elements of Boston Scientific's digital commerce strategy-including program management, product strategy, analytics, commercialization, merchandising, and project execution.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with divisional and regional partners to shape strategic direction and ensure consistent execution across the organization. You'll also focus on team development-setting clear goals, supporting growth, and maintaining engagement to drive strong results.

We're looking for a leader who is organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented-someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity with confidence. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving the customer experience are essential for success.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Sales Training) across divisions and regions to align program strategy with business goals
  • Define and drive product strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and commercialize new development initiatives
  • Oversee analytics and merchandising strategy to support business adoption and communicate program impact
  • Communicate program progress to stakeholders and leadership through scheduled and ad hoc updates
  • Manage vendor relationships in collaboration with IT
  • Monitor industry trends and represent Boston Scientific at relevant B2B commerce conferences and seminars
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure delivery of program goals and long-term talent growth


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital commerce, marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within an eCommerce function
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in a formal or informal capacity
  • Experience operating in large, matrixed, and complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience collaborating across functions to improve customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities and ambiguity

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
