Staffmark is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team in Des Plaines, IL. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:



  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping information, billing, and other customer needs.
  • Perform data entry into Excel and/or customer databases to update order details.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer support while maintaining professional communication.



Qualifications:



  • 2 years of Customer Service experience in the logistics industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
