The Opportunity

As a Product Strategy & Marketing Manager for Adobe GenStudio, you will be working on one of Adobe's latest and most exciting products that sits at the center of Generative AI technology and bridges Adobe's Creative and Experience Clouds.You will be responsible for setting strategy for the business by developing an understanding of customers, their use cases, competitors, and the market landscape.

You will gather deep insights into the customer behavior, build cross-functional relationships, and deliver compelling narratives that will drive growth. You will work with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Communications, and Product to provide customer insights, and influence product roadmaps and go-to-market programs.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development: Build recommendations for how Adobe can enter a new market, differentiate our offering, or invest in new technology using a buy, build, partner approach.
  • Understand the market, competitors, and generative AI trends in a changing landscape to develop product messaging that differentiates Adobe from competitors in the market.
  • Market Research: Investigate and develop a point-of-view on new technologies and vendors through company meetings, analyst interviews and third-party research.
  • Develop and test value propositions with customers and communicate value propositions to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging content for marketing programs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating December 2024 - June 2025
  • Strategic Problem Solver: You can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to understand the details. You can quickly identify the problem to solve, create a framework around it and then set it in motion.
  • Analytical: You are comfortable building / being in analytical models. You are not afraid to dive into data and find trends and derive insights.
  • Storytelling: you can easily take strategy and insights and craft a narrative around it that brings others along for the ride.
  • Get stuff done: You don't stop at framing up the problem and the data. You know that ideas are worth nothing without execution, so you create aggressive, yet realistic plans. You collaborate with key partners to ensure we are considering all the right inputs.
  • Communications and influence: You create crisp, clear and concise communication - both written and verbal. You can influence without direct authority
  • Leadership: Ability to work with Sr. leaders. You build relationships, set a roadmap and shepherd others to follow it, and while making it a fun journey.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: You are flexible and agile. You welcome ambiguity as an opportunity to give shape and scope to problems.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,600 -- $175,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
