Job Summary
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our awesome team!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on one of the core pillars of our People Operations approach, Attracting and developing Talent. This role will also support all internal/external hourly applications including our collective bargaining agreement, people projects, compliance and other initiatives for the Google Food program in order to support operational excellence and attract and develop more top talent.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Partner, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the administrative assistants and leverage their knowledge of attracting talent along with TA best practices in alignment with Compass and Bon Appetit. Through close collaboration with hiring managers, this professional will provide guidance in all process management streams (i.e. seniority, classification, minimum qualifications, interviewing, onboarding, and provisioning). .
The great things you will do:
* Directly manage the end to end internal and external hourly hiring process
* Support all initiatives to properly promote and attract the very best talent
* Help refresh our TA toolkit, supporting our teams with internal/external talent and have the tools required to coordinate effective, engaging and professional recruitment processes.
* Lead the full cycle Talent Acquisition program, supporting local alignment with our people operations team
* Follow recruiting processes, and ensure compliance with local legislation, while maintaining the Bon Appetit at Google processes to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with the People Operations team to coordinate the recruiting, interviewing, selecting and hiring of new employees for all positions
* Partner with hiring managers to screen, interview candidates, and counsel managers on candidate selection
* Meet established hiring targets and recruiting organization goals while minimizing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics
* Train and coach, our Salaried hiring managers teams with best TA practices. Including account CBA adherence and interviewing skills
What we look for in a candidate:
* College degree or equivalent work experience
* 2 years TA experience, ideally with high volume recruiting
* Fluency in Spanish a plus
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and salaried leaders
* Ability to work in a team and influence across functions and company levels
* Strong attention to detail
* Passionate about the employee experience and environment
* Ability to teach and train various subjects to individuals and small groups
* Strong commitment to confidentiality
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
