FTE: 1.0_, Shift: Day_, Schedule: M-F Position Summary The Institutional Administrator (IA) for MedAc is responsible for working directly with the Chief Academic Officer/DIO to ensure regulatory compliance with all institutional requirements mandated by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The Institutional Administrator assures uniformity of systems and policies within all MultiCare GME programs. The Institutional Administrator is the primary person responsible for working with the MultiCare Finance team to report the Intern and Resident Information System (IRIS) data on annual CMS Cost Reports. This position operates under limited direct supervision, and reports directly to the Chief Academic Officer/DIO. Work situations are varied with an emphasis on communication, exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of detailed regulatory requirements, and time management for reporting deadlines of multiple GME programs. Decisions are made in collaboration with the Chief Academic Officer/DIO, as well as the Director of Medical Academics and the Chief Research & Education Officer. External contacts require professional interactions with various outside agencies, regulatory bodies, and academic institutions, as well as physicians and other GME educational professionals.

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $66,331.00 - $95,451.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
