Job Type: RegularRAND is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising and donor relations. The Development Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support for individual giving, annual giving and stewardship/donor relations. This position will work closely with development officers to coordinate high level meetings/events, compose briefings/reports, facilitate mailings, and maintain accurate donor records. This position will report to the Executive Director of Development, Individual Giving and Donor Relations, and Executive Director of Development, Individual and Annual Giving, and interacts with RAND leadership, donors, researchers, and staff, and requires a superb customer service approach, proactive workstyle and growth mindset. The successful candidate will be goal-oriented with a high level of initiative and intellectual curiosity and interest in the field of development. They must have strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, and be comfortable interacting with donors. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with an expectation of working onsite in Santa Monica 2 - 3 days per week and as needed. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
Experience Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience (A bachelor's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience) Education AA/AS required; BA/BS preferred Salary Range:$57,400-$85,500 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity.This position is overtime eligible. Successful candidates will be offered employment in a specific title, as determined by the candidate's education and experience.
