Requirements

High school diploma/GED | 1 year of related administrative experience | Proficiency in SAP MRP systems & Microsoft Office software

Scheduling Assistant Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the production scheduler with daily administrative tasks.
  • Plan and schedule operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Manage SAP MRP programs.
  • Create work orders.
  • Maintain daily and monthly production reports.
  • Communicate order fulfillment to the customer service and sales team.
  • Print and prepare production orders and bulk order BOLs.



Schedule: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 4 PM

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour (depending on experience)
