The Technical Consultant III is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable seamless interaction between multiple applications through unified interfaces or dashboards. The scope of this job includes establishing connections, protocols, and standards that allow disparate applications to exchange data, share resources, and collaborate effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project managers to plan and execute implementation tasks, conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems. and lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders to validate integration requirements are aligned with client objectives.
- Proactively identify and document constraints, limitations, and dependencies that may impact integration efforts and provide guidance on addressing technical challenges and opportunities.
- Design and implement robust user interface components and integration solutions for large-scale projects by leveraging advanced programming expertise to identify opportunities for optimization throughout the process.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in integration and interfacing projects and collaborate with development teams to devise a solution after investigation and diagnosis of challenging problems spanning multiple systems and components.
- Develop comprehensive training programs covering advanced subjects such as cloud computing, virtualization, and automation tools, while advising on change management processes.
- Tailor communication on deliverables, challenges, and changes to foster strong client relationships and engagement throughout the project lifecycle while mentoring other technical consultants and participating in team quality assurance initiatives.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience
