*Description*
- Execute on the tasks described in the Registrations project plan related to FINRA APs. - Collaborate with the first- and second-line functions develop and implement a centralized Americas Division Registrations Policy. - Review processes and procedures and identify areas for enhancement and execute on updating procedures. - Update relevant documentation to reflect updated procedures, where applicable. - Assist in the design of workflows related to the upgrade to enhanced version of RegEd system. *Skills* FINRA, Project Management, Employee Compliance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* The Registration Team is part of the Employee Compliance Team and manages FINRA registrations and licensing process for the firm, its branch offices, and its associated persons. The registration team coordinates with relevant stakeholders in the first and second-line of defense in the execution of the registration processes including the identification of in-scope population, submission of registration related forms, tracking of registered persons and supervisory assignment, and ensuring the functional and control integrity of the process. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
