Job Title: IB - Origination & Advisory - Banker - Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate Title: Vice President Location: New York, NY Overview Our Origination & Advisory offering consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services - including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), restructuring and shareholder activism and takeover defense, underpinned by one of the world's largest and most successful debt and equity capital markets platforms. Our range of services and strong presence across the globe enables us to provide thoughtful and holistic advice on large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and domestic transactions. We advise public and private clients across all industries and geographies. We are seeking an experienced Vice President in M&A to play a pivotal role in executing and managing high-profile transactions. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing team, leading transactions from start to finish, and working closely with senior leadership, clients and cross-functional teams. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the One Columbus Circle, New York, NY office at least four days a week.
