What You'll Do:

Develop Training Programs and Events. Work with local management to develop training programs and events. Develop training materials and curriculum for training programs, including learning plans for hourly and salaried employees. Develop formal apprenticeship programs and hourly employee development programs.

Monitor Talent Development. Partner with HR to regularly complete training needs assessments. Measure the effectiveness of the division's training programs and talent development efforts. Help identify new and innovative ways to train employees. Recommend appropriate training and educational opportunities for employees based on trends in Performance Dialogues and Performance Enhancement Plans.

Partner with our Management Teams. Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts throughout the division. Works closely with HR to manage our management training programs.

Utilize the LMS. Assign and track training through the Company's Learning Management System (LMS). Serve as a key lead in training others to utilize functionalities of the system.

Workforce Planning. Partner with our management teams and HR to identify succession planning needs throughout the organization to identify key openings and high potential employees.

Prepare Reports. Prepare and analyze reports related to talent acquisition data and trends, e.g. recruitment metrics, employment metrics, etc., including reports for management, as requested.

Provide Support. Assist HR Administrators and Managers with Organization Development initiatives to further enhance the organization, such as succession planning, workforce development, and change management.


Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience. Must have experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee development.

Interpersonal Skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have instructional design skills and large group presentation skills. Must have the ability to develop relationships throughout the organization. Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Organizational Skills. Must have excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Technology Skills. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Functional Knowledge. Must have knowledge in the tools and practices of Organization Development and Training.

Time Management Skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and deliver several initiatives in short time frames.
