Purchasing and Accounts Payable Specialist

FlexStaff Staffing Services is hiring a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Specialist for our client, a bakery goods distributor, located in the Bronx.

This role requires the following:

• You must work on-site in the Bronx office 4 to 5 days per week.
• You must have experience with vendor communication and negotiation.
• You will be able to manage purchase orders and AP processing.
• You are comfortable working on a small, but fast-paced team.
• You are flexible, proactive, and a true team player.

This role will be focused on more operational/administrative duties, but some familiarity with basic accounting would definitely be helpful.

Starting base salary 55,000-75,000k
