Description Job Summary: Bongards' Creameries is seeking a Sanitation Team Lead based out of our Humboldt facility. The Sanitation team lead is responsible for managing personnel associated with sanitation of the plant and lines of equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and other SOP's Break down equipment, clean and sanitize work areas Set up equipment for inspection and start up Safe operation of high-pressure hoses Ongoing Chemical training (Silliker Labs, R-Tech, Ecolab, MVTL) Become trained and knowledgeable about all GMP and HACCP guidelines Become trained and certified on Powered Industrial Trucks Learn ROSS systems Manage multiple sanitation assignments with ability to meet critical deadlines Respond to confidential issues Train, Coach and Mentor members of the sanitation crew Work in a safe and proficient manner Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Excellent Math and Reading skills Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Strong mechanical aptitude Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, other Quality guidelines Must maintain highest quality standards for plant and equipment cleanliness Must report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs Schedule: Night Shift 10:00pm to 6:00am Sunday - Friday, occasional Saturday Benefits: Medical - Prescription Drug - Dental - Vision Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Disability, life and voluntary insurance Employee Assistance Program Profit Sharing Internal Career Opportunities If you are interested in this position you can apply by filling out an application in UKG/Ultipro, you must use the desktop website, not the mobile app. Talk with your local HR representative for any questions.
