You are intellectually curious, creative, and a problem solver.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-level projects. You are diligent in following up on key accounts while prioritizing business goals. This role presents the opportunity to work at the forefront of advances in the ALS and Parkinson's disease space. You will:

  • Manage junior team members and manage up to senior team members across a multi-million dollar business
  • Liaise with customers, brand/review teams, and external stakeholders to help inform communications program and positioning, and develop resource materials (press releases, creative assets, etc.) for data and regulatory milestone support and patient and unbranded disease awareness campaigns
  • Drive projects from conception to completion

Essential Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry and a Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or a related field
  • Ability to juggle/prioritize multiple priorities
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun and supportive) environment

Desired Requirements:

  • Agency experience
  • Customer relations expertise and familiarity with branded pharmaceutical product and large-scale campaigns

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105K to $115K The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
