Our client is looking to hire a level 2/3 tech support agent Candidate will take tickets the level 1 agent team cannot support. Common tickets will include hardware installations, troubleshooting, break/fix issues Microsoft Product support is mandatory Need a good attitude and customer service experience *Skills* windows, Microsoft, Troubleshooting, Hardware, Desktop, Windows 10, Support, Desktop troubleshooting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
