JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance Work Control Center with 4+ years work experience in dispatching and managing maintenance work orders, estimations, and project management within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), specifically in a construction or hospital facilities maintenance environment. Works under minimal supervision to communicate and coordinate information about work orders, personnel, materials, and time to accomplish project work and facility maintenance on a priority basis.
Work Location: Dallas Campus
Shift Requirement: 7:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Required
- Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
4 years of experience in construction, maintenance, estimating, project management, or scheduling, and
experience working with an automated estimating or computerized maintenance management system.
Preferred

Job Duties
- Oversees daily activities of assigned employees in the Work Control Center.
- Provides customer service by communicating and coordinating information about personnel, material and time to accomplish facility maintenance and project work on a priority basis.
- Trains others to respond appropriately to telephone requests and to monitor assigned systems.
- Originates facilities and client reports. Administers personnel policy.
- Participates in design of new reports using computerized maintenance management systems.
- Interviews, selects, and oversees training of employees. Independently accepts requests for work or estimates and processes.
- Audits work order files to ensure accurate completion and material/activity log information is being submitted.
- Performs end user testing for ERP systems
- Generates Key performance indicators and performance review
- Initiates, expedites, coordinates, tracks, and communicates and follow-ups with clients and contractors about maintenance work and facility projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
