Compensation: This position is offering a hourly rate range from $43 - $44 an hour.

Job Description:
The Client Team is seeking a graphic design professional with creative management experience and a passion for innovation. If you love thinking conceptually, creating original solutions and would like to collaborate in a fast-paced iterative environment, then Prime Air is the place for you.

Responsibilities:
- Skilled at art direction, brand development, image curation, visual storytelling, layout, form and color.
- Manage campaign art direction end-to-end (from concept to production) across mediums including video, digital, social, OOH, on-platform ads, direct mail, collateral and more.
- Establish mechanisms and audit work to maintain consistent brand standards across all customer-facing touch points of marketing programs.
- Plan project timelines and budgets and allocate appropriate creative resources to projects.
- Establish and maintain a high creative bar of excellence.
- Comfortable taking ownership in an ambiguous environment.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of design experience.
- Have an available online portfolio.
- Implement and optimize digital production workflows and processes.
- Manage the entire digital production lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS.
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
