What You'll Do
Contribute to the production of high precision aerospace components including filament wound pressure vessels and structures. In this Function You Will * Completing training and enacting all steps required to fabricate and assemble a composite pressure vessel. * Preparing/ completing set up of your machine. * Mixing and preparing chemicals and resins * Loading and unloading ovens * Meeting daily output requirements * Preforming proper checks and procedures to ensure quality product. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience OR 1 year of military experience * US Citizen or Permanent Resident Preferred Skills * HS Diploma or Associates Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology * Assembly or Test experience in a manufacturing environment preferred * Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Cellular Manufacturing, One Piece Flow, and Continuous Improvement concepts * Experience with various types of industrial machinery equipment and tools such as lathe's, curing ovens, thermal and/or life cycling machines, sanding and industrial painting tools, as well as standard hand tools are a plus. Shift hours are: 6am-3:00pm |
