Production Technician I

The Specialist performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
* Preparing media, fermentation, cell culture, buffer solutions, purification, aseptic operations, cleaning and preparation of autoclaves, glassware and components.
* Cleaning, sterilizing, batching, and monitoring of tanks and fermenters.
* Operating filtration, fill-finish, and liquid chromatography equipment.
* Operating computers for process control and data entry
* Following standard operating procedures and GMP guidelines.
* Recognizing and reporting abnormal events or circumstances.
