Job Title: FVP & Business Development Manager
Department: Garden Grove Office
We are looking for FVP & Business Development Manager to join our Garden Grove Office team at Open Bank. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for marketing products and services to new and existing relationships with the Bank. Developing marketing plans, maintaining pipeline of clients, and visiting existing and target businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and sales for deposit and loan products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of relationships evaluating activity and follow up on requests for new products and services.
- Manage client portfolio profiles, working closely with branch and lending staffs.
- Continually develop enhanced pipeline reports ensuring portfolio growth.
- Keep informed of bank products and services.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum seven years' experience in banking and/or lending, or marketing/sales.
- Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the deposit operation and lending functions.
- Good understanding of all required documents needed for opening new accounts.
- Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
- General knowledge of lending and deposit regulations and laws.
- Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
