Position Function
Supervise graduate admissions, international admissions, international services, and international orientation staff and lead the university's international recruitment efforts through the development and implementation of targeted recruitment strategies and marketing efforts; oversee graduate and international recruitment and admissions; manage the international student application process and lead admissions activities. Oversee arrivals and orientation services staff and workflow; support the development and implementation of pre-arrival, arrival, and orientation services for international students (including SEVIS processes and documentation). Participate in strategic long-range planning, marketing efforts, team building, goal setting, and assessment of office policies and procedures.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum Experience
At least three years of experience in the field of graduate and/or international admissions/education; supervisory experience.
Minimum Other
Excellent communication skills; knowledge of immigration, recruitment, and admissions; ability to provide strategic planning and leadership; personal computer skills. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to be insurable under the university's auto fleet policy.
Authorization to work in the US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Provide supervision, strategy and leadership for graduate and international recruitment and/or admissions, to include all on-campus graduate (domestic, international, non-degree) and international (first-year, transfer, graduate, exchange, dual degree, Intensive English Institute) prospective students.
