This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for an Employee Relations Partner for a contract role. We seek an experienced HR professional with the ability to partner and collaborate at all levels. The Employee Relations Partner will leverage strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of employment law to professionally manage employee relations matters.

This is a part time position 3-4 days a week. To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Responsibilities:

  • Investigates and resolves employee relations concerns.

  • Partners with HR Business Partners on performance management.

  • Provides timely support for leader and employee inquiries, maintaining open communication and detailed records

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience in the area of employee relations and experience conducting workplace investigations

  • In depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment-related laws and compliance requirements

  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

  • Ability to objectively communicate with employees and management through complex and difficult issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Maintaining case management/tracking tools ((preferably CaseIQ)

  • Analyzing employee relations trends and helping to develop proactive strategies, solutions, and practices

  • Experience working in a global multi location technology company preferred

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $88,550 and $126,500 and if you are hired in Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $74,900 and $107,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
