In this role you will act as a business partner to our ISC/Operations teams and support the implementation of HR initiatives/programs that help engage and retain a successful workforce and enhance nVent's culture.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
Partner with business leaders on effective leadership practices. Partner with functional experts on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including new employee orientation, leadership development and cross-training. Conduct investigations on employee complaints that could result in legal ramifications or organizational exposure. Facilitate the performance management process and provide mentorship to leaders on issues affecting morale, performance, professional development and overall employee satisfaction. Implement and communicate HR programs, policies, and employee guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirements. Ensure consistency across the organization with all existing programs.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required. Master's Degree Preferred 3+ years demonstrable experience within the human resources field required, HRBP experience preferred HR coordinator experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
