Job Description * Answering 75-100 existing patient's calls/day. * Will be scheduling returning appointments over the phone * Busiest days are Mondays * Could do other projects on a by need basis, but will predominantly be answering inbound calls. Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm CST 9:00-5:30pm 10:00am-6:30pm 5 days/week, or 4 days/week 8-6:30 with Fridays off. Skills Call center, Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications * Looking for customer service experience, preferably in an office setting. * They are open to people who have worked in a retail setting but need to be professional * Call center experience is preferred * Healthcare background is also preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
