What you'll do

As the Manager of Dealer Accounts - West (Remote) for Royal Truck Body (a Shyft Group brand), you will drive dealership success and sales growth by building strong relationships and leading Territory Account Managers.

This is a remote position and qualified candidates must reside west of the Mississippi River.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and dealer leadership
• Identify, coach and pursue sales growth opportunities within your assigned territory
• Provide product and upfit solutions to fleet and dealerships
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Manage and develop a team of 7-10 Territory Account Managers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred)
• 6+ years of commercial upfit outside sales experience
• 2 + years of managing an outside sales team
• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or commercial upfit provider, with a track record of double-digit growth with a core focus on Ford, GM and RAM commercial vehicle lines
• Strong understanding of consultative sales and business operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
