LOCATION: This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days working in-office (at one of the posted locations) + 2 days working virtually.

What You Will Be Doing

The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional, consistent rapport with FIS clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight, and service delivery.

  • Strategically focused and responsible for maintaining a positive and consistent relationship with one or more assigned clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact and client liaison to support problem resolution and ensure client retention.
  • Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other appropriate areas to ensure delivery of continuous and effective services, including the execution of documents, contract renewals, and all operational arrangements for servicing assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled calls/meetings with client to discuss important key service topics, review projects, and assess available service offerings.
  • Some travel may be expected for client visits and business reviews.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Typically, at least 5 years client relationship management experience with leadership responsibility, preferably in wealth management or banking.
  • Accustomed to managing multiple, large client relationships and overseeing service delivery with demonstrated success.
  • Strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems, manage escalations, and build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
  • Proven executive presence and ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience of varying levels.
