Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Developing rapid solutions to complex computer hardware and software problems in direct support of NAWCAD WOLF's Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems
  • Leading the effort to analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
  • Performing systems management and integration functions, making recommendations to improve existing computer systems, and reviewing computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations
  • In support of NAWCAD Wolf's oLSI model, analyzing and recommending commercially-available software to rapidly meet emerging requirements
  • Conducting research into computer, software, and information technologies in support of design and development of prototypes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, Electrical, or Electronics engineering, Computer Science or other related Information Technology Field, or Mathematics with concentration in Computer Science AND at least 7 years providing computer, application, and network research, design, development, and problem resolution services to the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • At least six of the minimum seven years of experience must be in direct support of Navy or other DoD activities related to Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems; experience may be concurrent
  • Active DoD-issued Secret security clearance
  • Must possess at least one of the following certifications (must be active):
    • CASP
    • CCNP Security
    • Security +
    • CISSP (or Associate)
    • CISA
    • GCED
    • GCIH


Desired Skills

  • Work history of providing technical support services to NAWCAD WOLF's ATC&LS Division
  • Former USN with an AC rating (Air Traffic Control)
  • Former USAF with Air Force Specialty Code 1C1X1
  • Former Marine with Military Occupational Specialty 7257


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
