Position Summary The Director of Sales provides commercial leadership and ensures strategic alignment, tactical implementation, achieving sustainable and profitable growth for the Aptar Pharma North America. Detailed Description * Recruit, coach and lead the regional sales team. * Define and leverage specific market needs to drive sales growth in the region through existing or new business strategies. * Lead the North American Commercial Team in the negotiation of development, supply and equipment agreements with customers to promote long-term mutually beneficial business. * Ensure development and profitability of sales by monitoring customer sales price, margin and account receivables. Required Qualifications * Education: BS or higher degree in Engineering or related scientific field, or Business Degree with strong technical interests. * Experience: 10+ years in Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Healthcare and/or Personal Care. Strong network of contacts within the Pharma industry ideally in packaging. * Skills: What We Offer
Compensation and Base Annual Pay In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $200,000-$278,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
