Job Summary:
Dishwasher at the Fluno Center, a Hotel and Conference Center known for its Culinary Excellence. This position rinses, washes, sanitizes and stores dishes and utensils, primarily by operating a dish machine. The dishwasher also receives and stores all incoming inventory and assists the Chefs with other tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities: Performs dishwashing and dining room set-up related tasks to ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation requirements, rules, and regulations.
