City/State Elizabeth City, NC Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview Responsible for the verification and correction of all medical record assignments; provides follow up on all requests from physicians and other authorized personnel; verifies admission and discharge dates; receives and processes requests for medical information from various parties; processes records for the complete file by combining records of various admission/treatment dates of patients; provides overall maintenance of chart files.
