About the role:

We are looking for a digital product strategy leader who is curious, motivated, and a strategic thinker. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital products - developing key digital innovation strategies to drive patient engagement for FARAPULSE and AFib Solutions, and prioritizing work that drives results. They will ensure success of the digital products by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Enablement/IT, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Define product strategy, vision and value; use strong communication skills to gain alignment across leaders and stakeholders.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy from inception to execution, tracking results and communicating to leadership.
  • Quantify business objectives and patient needs to prioritize work and inform a high-level product roadmap that drives business outcomes and user value.
  • Define business requirements and KPIs; measure success of product to determine effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data, analytics, A/B tests and research about the market and the product to inform product and commercial strategies.
  • Identify key roadmap contingencies, including business operations and partner requirements.
  • Work between commercial/marketing and Digital Enablement/IT teams; must be able to speak both IT and business/commercial team language.
  • Use classic marketing capabilities: market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, tool and communication creation and execution to further business objectives.


Required qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital product management.
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading in a team environment; strong communication and collaboration skills across non-technical and technical audiences.



Preferred qualifications:



  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can be flexible and operate independently; a natural curiosity and a tendency to seek understanding and surface insights.
  • A collaborator that can build relationships and trust, glean insights from others, and delegate and/or empower others to contribute to business goals.



Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring this employee to work out of our Maple Grove, MN office at least three days per week.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
