THE JOB:

As a Parking Ambassador, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE SCHEDULE:

Must be able to work below shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Grave Shift: 11:00PM to 7:45AM

Days Off: Monday and Tuesday

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Debriefed at the start of each shift on any property-related updates or ongoing issues.
• Assigned to 2 of 3 possible posts (4 hours per post): Employee Parking Entrance, Overflow B Lot, and/or VIP Parking.
• When at Employee or VIP Parking posts, confirm guests/employees have proper ID or tier level to access.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Has at least 6 monthsof experience in a front-facing guest service role.
• Possess a High School Diploma, GEDor equivalent.
• Personableand approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
