Position Title: Project Manager Wage: $15.00 - $20.00/Hour Shifts: 1st Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Project Manager role at a company in Janesville, WI. This is a temp to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Project Manager Responsibilities: - Help organize projects and keep everything moving along by working with both our team and outside companies - Make sure projects are finished on time and don't go over budget - Help figure out what each project needs and who should be involved - Make sure we have the right people and resources for each job - Put together simple plans to keep track of progress - Handle changes or surprises during the project and keep things on course - Use basic tools to check how things are going - Let the supervisor/manager know if anything big comes up that they should be aware of - Keep in touch with clients and team members to make sure everyone's on the same page - Spot any possible problems early and help avoid them - Build good relationships with vendors and partners - Keep records and notes so nothing gets missed - Meet with the sales team to understand what the client wants - Assign tasks to team members based on what they're good at - Check to see how the project is going and help meet short and long-term goals - Make sure we're staying within the budget and adjust if needed - Share project plans with both the team and clients - Keep learning and using leadership skills Requirements for Project Manager: - High School Diploma/Equivalent - Basic computer skills - 1 Year of experience as a coordinator - Valid Driver's License - Basic tools knowledge QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
