Location:Medical Plaza One -9800 S Healthpark DriveFort Myers FL 33908 Department: Cardiovascular Services Admin Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour SummaryThis position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Relationship Management Department which serves as the hub for system-wide interactions with local, state and federal elected officials, businesses and community organizations and partners. Closely collaborates with LMHS leaders to ensure proper System representation and strategic involvement with community partners at LMHS meetings, events and ongoing activities and for community partners activities. Ensures fulfillment of all contractual agreements with community partner organizations. Manages Relationship Management Department budget revenues received and expenses incurred to achieve departmental strategic goals. Manages financial and reporting records to meet IRS requirements for Community Benefit and Community Health Needs Assessment planning and reporting. Manages communications and meetings for the Community Health Visioning Steering Committee and its Executive Committees bi-monthly meetings. Collaborates with project teams for visioning projects in the community to achieve strategic goals as approved by the LMHS Board of Directors. Manages the operations of the Regional Advisory Committee on Trauma in support of the Trauma District Board including appointment of members, preparation of agendas and minutes, and advocacy engagement strategies. Implements the work plan for government relations activities including briefings with LMHS key leaders on high impact issues and hospital tours by elected officials, preparation of materials for funding key LMHS projects, scheduling meetings in Tallahassee and Washington D.C. throughout the year, preparing board update presentations, the annual legislative agenda materials and community advocacy action materials. Manages communication and problem-solving collaboration with teams of executives, Board Members, LMHS staff members and community leaders on dozens of project teams simultaneously, frequently with deadlines determined by others, to achieve strategic goals RequirementsEducation: B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent US:FL:Fort Myers |
