We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Solutions Engineering Leader to lead our technical engagement with Cloud Services Providers (CSPs). This role involves driving technical strategy, managing a team of solutions engineers, and fostering strong partnerships to achieve mutual success

Additionally you will be responsible for managing the team who are responsible for Product/ Solution development work with partners and internal co-innovation teams across the Globe to develop market leading solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CSP (AWZ, Microsoft & GCP ) partners and Snowflake Alliances team to align their product and offerings with our company's product. Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies and identify areas of synergy.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the cloud services space.

  • Management: Lead and manage a team of Partner Solutions Engineers by providing mentorship and guidance to ensure that projects/GTM Programs are successfully built and executed. Additionally understand and accommodate regional variations in business practices and market dynamics and share the best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Alliances, product development, sales, and marketing to drive product integrations and GTM

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and success of joint initiatives with CSP's. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner technical engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors.

  • 10+ years years of experience in solutions engineering or technical sales, with a focus on cloud technologies.

  • Proven experience managing technical teams.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • PLUS: Knowledge of Industry

  • PLUS: Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture - Well architecture framework

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $290,600 - $404,250. The estimated base salary for this role is $217,950 - $303,188.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
