From your PASSION to ours

The Talent Acquisition Intern will play an important role supporting the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various recruitment projects across different departments. Interns are expected to work between 20-40 hours per week for a duration of one year.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Internship Recruitment: Partner with the Associate HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition teams to manage internship recruitment across various departments.

* Candidate Sourcing: Work closely with schools and student groups to identify potential candidates.

* Candidate Management: Manage, recruit, and pre-screen both domestic and international candidates.

* Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.

* Onboarding Assistance: Organize orientations and assist in preparing onboarding materials and processes.

* Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews for interns.

* Collaboration: Actively communicate and collaborate with other business and functional units to address their human resources needs.

* HR Support: Provide additional support to the Corporate HR team on various tasks as needed.

* Special Projects: Engage in special projects related to human resources.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education & Experience

* Must be a college student or recent graduate, working towards a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in a Human Resources or Business concentration.

* Experience in administrative support, HR, or customer service is an asset.

Skills / Abilities

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR information.

* Ability to understand and recognize priorities, meet deadlines, and execute tasks with a sense of urgency.

* Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
