JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supervising all inventory, cycle count, quality, and warehouse/receiving staff and materials. This position will be responsible for assisting the Inventory and Quality Manager with the site Quality Management System in compliance with HQ QMS and ISO 13485, ensuring quality of products is maintained throughout the fulfillment process, and the inventory availability and accuracy across the entire facility. Accountable for using safe and secure procedures for storing and distributing Starkey inventory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Hire, train, and supervise inventory, cycle count, quality, and warehouse/receiving staff including ensuring employees are cross trained across functional areas and providing feedback of overall performance.
* Monitor workflow and staffing levels adjusting resources as needed.
* Enforce safety policies to ensure the protection of staff and enterprise material assets.
* Assist in assuring the availability and integrity of all materials for distribution to customers.
* Coordinate the inspection activities of all incoming and outgoing material.
* Assure all necessary inventory activities (i.e., cycle counts, system adjustments, receiving transactions, etc.) are conducted to ensure the integrity of the inventory availability.
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all quality and inventory activities.
* Assist in the containment and proper disposition of Material Review Board (MRB) items, as needed.
* Communicate all quality and inventory concerns to the Distribution Center Leadership and HQ Quality team.
* Facilitate using a FIFO process for inventory movement through the distribution center.
* Maintain overall department cleanliness and organizational layout.
* Conduct equipment qualification and manufacturing process validations, as needed.
* Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
* Education
o High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
* Experience
o 3-5 years of experience leading in an ICQA environment is desired.
o Basic computer skills are required.
Knowledge / Technical Requirements
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired.
* Basic math knowledge required.
* Basic Microsoft office knowledge required.

* Standard office and warehouse equipment
o Scan and copier machine, mobile carts, tape guns, cutters, cardboard baler, step ladder, pallet jack, label printers, scanners, scales, carrier shipping system and shrink
wrap.
o Order Picker.
o Reach truck.
o Stand-up fork truck.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $57,5750 to $78,7850 year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
