ImpactLife has an opportunity to join our team as a Donor Services Logistics Coordinator. The DSL Coordinator plays a vital role in making sure daily blood collection operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, blood drive logistics, and equipment maintenance tracking.

This position is a Full time/30+ status working Sunday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

This Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:



  • Staff scheduling in support of blood drive and donor center operations ensuring adequate and efficient staffing, maintaining compliance to appropriate regulations (i.e. driver turnaround times, licensure compliance, etc.).
  • The timely and accurate documentation in systems meeting all deadlines for payroll.
  • Assist with the timely collection, tracking, and reporting of staff attendance to include, but not limited to requests for paid time off (PTO), and adherence to the attendance policy.
  • Maintain current staff records including contact information, licensure, and certifications.
  • Review, communicate, and ensure staff scheduling to allow for compliance requirements (i.e. scheduling off for medical certification, etc.).
  • Be knowledgeable and responsible for appropriate driver requirements and certifications.
  • Responsible for preparation and distribution of weekly staff schedules.



What does it take to change the world as a DSL Coordinator?



  • Minimum of one-year experience in scheduling or logistics background is preferred.
  • High School competencies or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with donors/customers.
  • Must be able to use a computer terminal and have the ability to learn new/changing programs as needed to enter and review information essential to performance of job duties.
