Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Chief Data Analytics Office (CDAO)

Location:Irving, TX

Job Type:Full-Time

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects and data quality initiatives within the CDAO. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, particularly within Agile and Scrum frameworks. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects within the CDAO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project execution, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to changing project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both IT and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining high-quality project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Jira and Confluence

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 131,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
