Overview: We're looking for a detail-savvy, team-friendly Coordinator to help keep our product development process running smoothly. If you enjoy bringing order to creative chaos, juggling timelines, and being the go-to person who always knows what's next - this might be your kind of role. This role is hybrid - in office Mon/Tues and one more day in the week. What You'll Be Doing: ? Artwork Proofing Pro: You'll manage and track the vendor artwork proofing process - reviewing, routing, consolidating feedback, and making sure everything's approved on time so production stays on schedule. ? Sample Logistics Hero: Coordinate sample requests across teams for both finished products and in-development items. You'll keep communication flowing between vendors and internal teams to ensure samples show up when and where they're needed - with all the right paperwork in tow. ? Packaging Testing Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and track packaging tests (think compatibility and functionality). Help make sure tests are done right and that the results are neatly documented and easy to find. ?? BOMs & F&A Keeper of the Scrolls: Own the setup and organization of our Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Fill & Assembly (F&A) instructions within internal systems. Your attention to detail will help ensure product data stays clean and accurate. ? Meeting Maven: Support the planning and scheduling of executive-level New Product Development meetings. You'll help everything run like clockwork and capture clear, useful meeting minutes to keep everyone aligned. ? Project Coordination Sidekick: Work closely with the Senior Manager and Director to keep timelines moving, details in check, and deliverables on track. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
