Job Description:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to support our Life Sciences/ Bioprocess organization. The new hire in this role will be based onsite at our Billerica, MA location.
As the new Life Sciences Solutions Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for developing marketing strategies and translating these strategies. You will work crossfunctionally with business leadership, Sales, R&D and Product Management to establish Entegris brand recognition and perception in the industry, drive product and solutions consideration, and deliver measurable results to achieve business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop Strategic Marketing Plans and Tactics to Address Business Goals:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated Life Sciences marketing plan consistent with Global Business Plan in collaboration with multi-functional teams.

  • Understand technical advantages of the offerings and use as part of strategy development

  • Develop marketing programs to drive brand awareness and customer interest /lead generation in targeted market segments Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape related to Pharma and BioPharma markets.

  • Develop robust market strategies, defining market segments and product targets, SAM/TAM, market share, and Mekko charts.

  • Provide critical inputs to key product functions including strategic pricing, targeted customers, and go-to-market strategies (OEM, Channal partner vs. End-user).

  • Support the development of compelling market messages, case studies, and white papers.

Develop Content and Marketing Campaigns to Drive Product Consideration:

  • Develop technical and value-based messaging and content with subject matter experts that is educational, relevant, easy to understand and speaks clearly to our customer base

  • Oversee content creation including marketing campaigns, case studies, thought leadership, presentations, web content, advertising, event messaging to support sales process and effectively communicate the competitive advantages and value propositions of our solutions.

  • Promote content through various tactics and measure effectiveness

  • Ensure product launches are properly supported with sales packages, promotions, and activities.

  • Manage a lean Strategic Marketing team

Oversee Sales Enablement Programs:

  • Oversee the development and execution of materials for the sales organization to use to deliver messaging to our customers including product launch materials, digital collateral, customer presentations.

  • Work with sales leaders to develop product and application training materials to equip sales teams with the product knowledge to effectively engage with our customers and prospects, design and manage training calendar.

Measure Performance:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of solutions marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Track and analyze campaign performance, sales pipeline metrics, training outcomes, content engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.

WHAT WE SEEK:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as life sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering

  • At least 7 years progressive professional experience in a marketing role, ideally with a bio-processing subject matter focus

  • Experience with digital and social media marketing & analytics

  • Creativity and ability to develop and implement new, innovative sales and marketing solutions

  • A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to make informed decisions, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment

  • A solid understanding of life sciences buyers, their behavior, and channels of communication to build reach and influence

  • Strong cross functional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business units within the organization

  • Compensation: $130,000-170,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
