We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Solution Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, maintaining, and enhancing compelling and effective Salesforce demonstration environments.

You will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, coupled with your development and analytical skills, to create and scale innovative solutions that showcase the value of our offerings within the REG OU (Healthcare & Life Sciences) industries. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical and communication skills, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Pre-Built Industry Solution Assets: - Deliver new and enhance existing industry solution assets by designing and building Salesforce demo applications, websites, and components tailored to the Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. These scaled assets showcase the value of our offerings through functional solutions accelerating the sales cycle and demonstrating industry-specific capabilities.

  • Scale Industry Solutions For Impact: - Scale Industry Solutions for Impact by developing automation, pre-built configurations, and creative solutions that enable the Solutions org to demo in less time and with fewer setup steps - driving high adoption of the HLS ISS demo orgs and achieving business goals at scale.

  • Support Customer Engagements: As an HLS ISS Solution Dev, we want to ensure you are helping our customer engagements as well. Attend and assist with trade shows, workshops, custom advisory board meeting, and support our sales teams. By attending and participating in these events, you will gain insight into how to improve and enhance our HLS demo environments and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce demo orgs that effectively showcase our solutions and address key business challenges within target industries.

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of demo environments.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and innovate our demo strategy and technical implementation.

  • Proactively identify and develop solutions for reducing the amount of configuration or setup in the demo orgs that SEs need to perform.

  • Proven experience in the following areas: software engineering, quality assurance, demo engineering, and/or business analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Omniscripts, APEX, HTML, UI/UX/CX, and CSS.

  • QBrix experience not required, but encouraged.

  • Demonstrated experience in writing detailed technical specifications and design documentation.

  • Experience using automated testing tools not required, but encouraged.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams to understand demo requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with UAT testing, writing test plans, test cases, and bug tracking.

  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and common business processes within the REG OU Industry Solutions, specifically Healthcare and Life Sciences.

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.

  • A strong passion for technology and a curious mindset towards exploring innovative solutions to business challenges at scale.

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience collaborating and gaining alignment with multiple stakeholders across different teams.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.

  • Required certifications:

    • Administrator

    • Advanced Administrator

    • Platform App Builder

  • Possession of one or more Salesforce certifications:

    • Platform Developer I or II

    • OmniStudio Developer

    • Data Cloud Consultant

    • Experience Cloud Consultant

    • Service Cloud Consultant

    • User Experience (UX) Designer

    • Strategy Designer

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,420 to $225,260. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,420 to $225,260. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
