Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly. In this essential role, you'll handle incoming and outgoing materials, perform inspections, and support shipment processing to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy every step of the way.

  Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and customer shipments

  
  
• 
  

  Prepare and process outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation

  
  
• 
  

  Safely move materials within the loading dock and warehouse using manual and powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

  
  
• 
  

  Compare and verify incoming/outgoing materials against invoices, bills of lading, and internal records

  
  
• 
  

  Set up and prepare materials for internal processing, refinement, or shipment

  
  
• 
  

  Handle hazardous materials per DOT, IATA, and RCRA requirements (training provided if needed)

  
  
• 
  

  Use SAP, FedEx/UPS software, and internal systems to track materials and update records accurately

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams to route materials appropriately and resolve any discrepancies

  
  

• 
  

  Detail-focused with strong math and English communication skills

  
  
• 
  

  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a warehouse environment

  
  
• 
  

  Able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs and operate material handling equipment

  
  
• 
  

  Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

  
  

• 
  

  Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

  
  
• 
  

  Preferred: Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inspection (we're happy to train the right candidate!)

    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software

    
    
  • 
    

    Experience with SAP, FedEx/UPS shipping platforms, or knowledge of DOT/RCRA/IATA regulations is a plus

  Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or materials control

  
  
• 
  

  Forklift certification or training

  
  
• 
  

  Strong understanding of shipping documentation and compliance
