A Loader Operator is responsible for operating skid steers and trailers to move materials, equipment, and perform various tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with team members.

• Operate skid steer to move materials
• Complete daily inspections on equipment
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with manual labor tasks as needed
• Perform quality control checks on materials
• Other duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor

• Knowledge or experience grading material
• Experience moving and backing up trailers
• Walking 60% of the day (quality checks/Inspections)
• Sitting 25% of the day (Operating skid steer, moving trailers)
• Climbing steps 15% (In and out of skid steer and semi-truck)
• Lifting 50#'s 5% (quality check on bagged material)

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
