Job Posting: Customer Care Specialist - *Location:* Broomfield, CO (On-site with remote option after 30 days)

Our award-winning Contact Center has been honored as a Center of Excellence and named one of the Top 50 Contact Centers in North America. *Role Overview:* As a Customer Care Specialist, you will support employees of our client companies by providing solutions for their child care needs. You will handle inbound calls or place outbound calls to internal networks, ensuring that employees can continue their workday without disruption. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist employees in finding alternative child care solutions when their regular providers are unavailable. * Document phone conversations accurately and communicate effectively with team members. * Utilize Dynamics CRM for internal notes and communication. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, help-desk, and/or call center. * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Outlook and computer skills. *Work Environment:* * On-site in our new Broomfield office. * Hours: If you choose to work fully onsite hours are Mon-Sun, 9 hour shift between 8am-6pm * Hours: If you choose to work remotely after 30 days, you have the potential to work any shift (including evenings/overnights/weekends) * 40 hours/week, 5 days/week Apply today to become a part of our supportive and dynamic team! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
