The Sr. Subcontract Administrator shall be responsible for supporting cradle to grave subcontracting and procurement contract management activities including, but not limited to, price analysis, price negotiation, interpreting government prime contract flowdowns, sourcing, writing and negotiating contractual terms and conditions, and special provisions. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day subcontract management support of subcontracts and supplier agreements to include supporting proposal and capture efforts, issuance of new subcontracts, modifications, evaluating performance issues and the maintenance of file documentation to ensure compliance with client regulations, and corporate objectives.Duties and Responsibilities:
